The
2009/10 Folsom Lake Winter Trail Series,
held on Sunday mornings, is a points based trail run series for all levels
of runners. Accumulate Series Points at each race for Winter
Series awards.
Male and Female Age Groups: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60
& over. Shirt info - Registered runners will receive a short-sleeved technical/moisture wicking shirt with the FLWTS logo design print. Free Raffle! Race participants are eligible to win prizes at each event from our generous sponsors. Raffle prizes may include: running shoes from Fleet Feet Sports, bottle of wine, Fleet Feet prize bag, massage certificate, one-year subscription to Trail Runner magazine, Skweet Sport Bottle Wash, Trail Runner magazine issue... Get the last race FREE! Participate in all 8 races and the last race (Feb 28th) is FREE! First place male and female finishers - The first place overall male and female runners at each race for each event (short, intermediate and long course) will receive 50% off their next race by Breakout Racing during the 2009/10 Winter Series. Aid Stations will provide water, Hammer Nutrition HEED electrolyte replacement drink and Hammer Gels. Enjoy post-race food provided by Rubios, beverages and fruit, raffle, as well as recognition of our overall male and female and age group winners.

Making our events a success takes a lot of help from volunteers. We have many positions to be filled and are looking for volunteers to help both pre-event and on race day.
