What's New?
Team
Competition, new t-shirt logo, no laps for long course, quick
registration (after your first race), see your results instantly and more... Two Distances - short course (3 miles) and long course (6 to 7 miles). No laps for the long course. You may switch between race distances during the series each week if you like. If you registered for the Series and want to change your race distance, you can do so when you check-in on race day. Two Locations - Go to Negro Bar or Beals Point pages for maps, directions and info. Rain or shine - The trails stay pretty firm even when it's raining. Teams and Clubs - When you register, indicate your team or club affiliation. Teams and clubs will have the opportunity to compete by combining their individual points for team points. The Team/Club Competition starts on May 27th. See Team Competition page for details. Shirts - Adult shirts are short-sleeved, gender specific (men's and women's) and youth (unisex) t-shirts with our new custom FLTRS logo design print. Since this is a Series, it's impossible to know how many shirts we need from week to week, therefore, only the first 300 participants will be guaranteed a t-shirt. Shirts will not be mailed if you do not pick yours up. Youth shirts may be purchased for $10.

Race Day Registration and Check-in
for all runners opens Post-Race Festivities! Immediately following the June 24th race...eat, drink and be merry! Breakout Racing will provide drinks, chips and salsa, cups, paper plates and eating utensils. You may bring something to share to eat. Feel free to use the park barbeques for grilling. Starting at around 8pm, we'll raffle off goodies from some of our sponsors and present medals to our Age Group Series Points winners (your final placing is your best 7 out of 9 races, so things may get interesting after the points are tallied after Thursday's race. You must have raced in at least 4 races to receive a medal). We will also recognize the top male and female series points winners and the Team Competition winners. Registered Runners (June 24th race) Get Involved! This event is for you and our trail running community. We'd love your help in making this series the best that it can be. Please help us spread the word. Are you willing to pass out flyers and posters to other runners and businesses? Email us for event promo materials. We also need your help at our events! Making our events a success takes a lot of help from volunteers. We have many positions to be filled and are looking for volunteers to help both pre-event and on race day. As a volunteer, you may earn race credit for yourself, a significant other or family member. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Diane
