Our mission is to provide a fun environment for every level of runner with short distance events to help ease new runners into trail running and racing and give seasoned runners a way to challenge their speed and fun competition.

The 2016 Folsom Trails Sprint Series is the most fun you'll have on a Thursday night! The FTS Series is a 10-week, points-based series designed to encourage friendly competition and the enjoyment of trail running, racing and walking. There are three, fun and challenging courses: Willow Hills Cross Country Course, Beals Point and Negro Bar State Parks trails. Each course distance is 5k (or pretty darn close). Enjoy the friendly, grass roots atmosphere and the fun, well-groomed, beautiful tree lined dirt trails.
